FHA LENDING PROGRAMS

Ansley Company is the only San Antonio-based mortgage banking company that has been approved by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as a MAP (Multifamily Accelerated Processing) lender. We work with the project sponsor from project inception to construction completion to successfully guide projects through the complex world of insured non-recourse construction and permanent financing.

FHA 221(d)(4)

offers mortgage insurance for new construction or the substantial rehabilitation of rental multifamily housing. Construction and permanent financing is available on a non-recourse basis, with loan to cost up to 90% for a term of 40 years.

FHA 223(f)

offers mortgage insurance for the refinance, acquisition or moderate renovation of existing apartments. This program offers a non-recourse loan up to an 85% loan to value and a term up to 35 years.
FHA 223(f) for Section 202 Projects offers mortgage insurance for the refinance, acquisition, or renovation of existing Section 202 projects, with a loan to value up to 90% and a term of up to 35 years on a non-recourse basis.

FHA 223(a)(7)

offers mortgage insurance for the refinance of multifamily projects or healthcare facilities currently financed under FHA mortgage insurance programs. It offers loan amounts up to 100% of refinance cost or up to the original mortgage amount and a term of up to 40 years on a non-recourse basis.

FHA 232

provides mortgage insurance for the new construction or substantial rehabilitation of assisted living, congregate care, and nursing home facilities. Construction and permanent financing is available on a non-recourse basis, with loan to cost up to 90% for a term of 40 years.

FHA 232/223(f)

offers mortgage insurance for the refinance, acquisition or moderate renovation of existing assisted living, congregate care, and nursing home facilities. This program offers a non-recourse loan up to an 85% loan to value with a term up to 35 years.
