A native of San Antonio and a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BBA in Finance and Accounting, Steve McAllister joined D. Ansley Company, Inc. in 1989 after spending seven years with a large Texas-based mortgage banking firm. Steve served this firm as vice president and manager of the San Antonio Commercial Loan Department. In 1990, Steve purchased a significant share of ownership in D. Ansley Company, Inc. and became the majority stockholder in 1994. Steve is responsible for originating debt and equity investments on all commercial property types and has arranged over $1 billion of mortgage loans while at D. Ansley Company as a correspondent for a number of insurance companies across the United States. Steve has over 26 years of commercial mortgage banking experience.


David Aycock, Vice President

David Aycock joined D. Ansley Company, Inc. in 2007 after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance along with a track in Real Estate.  David currently works as an originator of debt and equity for all commercial real estate property types.  David also holds his Texas real estate broker’s license.  Prior to coming to D. Ansley Company, David worked for Staubach Retail Services performing market research and due diligence in the greater Austin area.  David has also worked for a local real estate company specializing in student housing and condo sales in the central Austin area.


Lisa Salinas, Production Assistant

Lisa Salinas, Production Assistant, is a native of San Antonio, Texas.  Since joining D. Ansley Company in 2013, she has served in various capacities. Currently Lisa's primary responsibilities include serving as personal assistant to Steve McAllister and assisting where needed in areas of loan production and loan servicing, i.e., loan submission preparation, annual collateral review requirements, and UCC continuation filings.  Lisa also maintains office and equipment supplies and handles accounts payable/receivable for DACO.


Cindy Vargas, Production Assistant

Cindy joined D. Ansley Company in 2007 in the Closing Department as a Closing/Servicing Assistant. In this capacity, she provides administrative support and participates in all aspects of the loan closing process. In early 2009, Cindy added the role of Production Assistant to her responsibilities and assists Randy Mason and David Joseph in the origination and closing of commercial and multifamily loans including mortgages insured by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Cindy has a strong administrative background encompassing over 25 years in a variety of industries that include real estate, property management, development, engineering, and oil and gas. Her prior experience includes having worked with a San Antonio based commercial developer in their Planning and Development Department, a local multi-family real estate management firm, and a San Antonio apartment developer. She has a broad range of real estate experience to include zoning, site acquisition, development, construction, and lease-up.
