A native of San Antonio and a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BBA in Finance and Accounting, Steve McAllister joined D. Ansley Company, Inc. in 1989 after spending seven years with a large Texas-based mortgage banking firm. Steve served this firm as vice president and manager of the San Antonio Commercial Loan Department. In 1990, Steve purchased a significant share of ownership in D. Ansley Company, Inc. and became the majority stockholder in 1994. Steve is responsible for originating debt and equity investments on all commercial property types and has arranged over $1 billion of mortgage loans while at D. Ansley Company as a correspondent for a number of insurance companies across the United States. Steve has over 26 years of commercial mortgage banking experience.

Randall H. Mason, Executive Vice President

Randy Mason joined D. Ansley Company in September 1994 and became a minority partner. He began his career in the mortgage banking business originating multifamily and commercial loans in 1971. In 1982, Randy became the real estate finance officer for a regional commercial and multifamily development company serving until 1991. In his capacity as real estate finance officer, he negotiated construction loans, permanent loans, participations, joint ventures, credit enhanced housing revenue bond transactions and also was responsible for the disposition of properties. His current activities include the origination and closing of commercial and multifamily loans, including mortgages insured under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Section 221(d)(4) and 223(f) multifamily mortgage insurance programs. He is a graduate of the School of Mortgage Banking, Northwestern University and the University of North Texas with a finance degree.

J. David Holmes, Director, Austin Division

David Holmes joined D. Ansley Company in 1999 operating out of Austin as D. Ansley/Holmes Company. David served as the head of the commercial mortgage banking operation for Mellon Bank for the western half of the United States and prior to that was a partner in a commercial mortgage banking firm in Austin. David is in charge of production in the Austin and Central Texas areas. David is a Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB), and a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser. He is a graduate of The School of Mortgage Banking, Northwestern University, and the University of North Texas with a finance degree. He has been in commercial mortgage banking for over 30 years.

David Joseph, Vice President

David Joseph joined D. Ansley Company in 2004 after spending the previous four years as a business education teacher and football coach at an area high school. David has a business administration and history degree from Baylor University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He is an active member of The Real Estate Council of San Antonio where he currently serves on the Government Relations Committee and completed its Leadership Development Program in 2008. David works as a mortgage loan originator including mortgage loans insured under HUD’s Section 221(d)(4) and 223(f) programs, as well as conventional financing of apartments, office buildings, retail, and industrial properties.

David Aycock joined D. Ansley Company, Inc. in 2007 after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance along with a track in Real Estate. David currently works as a mortgage loan analyst and originator for all commercial real estate property types. David also holds his Texas real estate broker’s license. Prior to coming to D. Ansley Company, David worked for Staubach Retail Services performing market research and due diligence in the greater Austin area. David has also worked for a local real estate company specializing in student housing and condo sales in the central Austin area.

Lorraine Mueller, Senior Production Assistant, is a native of San Antonio, Texas. Lorraine previously worked for Southwestern Bell in San Antonio. Since joining D. Ansley Company in 1973 as the receptionist, she has served in various capacities. Currently Lorraine’s primary responsibilities include serving as personal assistant to Steve McAllister and assisting where needed in areas of loan production and loan servicing, i.e., loan submission preparation, annual collateral review requirements, and UCC continuation filings. Lorraine also maintains office and equipment supplies and handles accounts payable/receivable for DACO.

Roberta joined D. Ansley Company in 2007 as Production Assistant in the Mortgage Origination Division. In her capacity, she assists Randy Mason and David Joseph in the origination and closing of commercial and multifamily loans including mortgages insured by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. She is knowledgeable and proficient in HUD guidelines and assists builders in preparing monthly construction draws. A native of Pennsylvania, Roberta earned an Associate in Arts degree in the Executive Secretarial field from Hagerstown Business College. She possesses an extensive administrative background comprised of over 20 years of experience in the industry. Her career began at Alamo Savings in the Commercial Real Estate Loan Department in 1986. She worked five years for a real estate developer in the capacity as assistant to the CFO. During her tenure at the Resolution Trust Corporation, she assisted with the dissolution and disposition of failed savings and loans in the 1990’s. Roberta has worked in all facets of the business including site acquisition, development, construction, stabilized occupancy, refinance and disposition.

Cindy joined D. Ansley Company in 2007 in the Closing Department as a Closing/Servicing Assistant. In this capacity, she provides administrative support and participates in all aspects of the loan closing process. In early 2009, Cindy added the role of Production Assistant to her responsibilities and assists Randy Mason and David Joseph in the origination and closing of commercial and multifamily loans including mortgages insured by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Cindy has a strong administrative background encompassing over 25 years in a variety of industries that include real estate, property management, development, engineering, and oil and gas. Her prior experience includes having worked with a San Antonio based commercial developer in their Planning and Development Department, a local multi-family real estate management firm, and a San Antonio apartment developer. She has a broad range of real estate experience to include zoning, site acquisition, development, construction, and lease-up.
